At Raya Tee Tales, all our products are processed and prepared individually to maintain quality and hygiene standards. For this reason, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order is placed.

However, if you receive a product that is:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrect item delivered

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product.

After verification, we will provide a replacement or an appropriate resolution.

Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged due to:

• Incorrect name spelling entered by the customer

• Incorrect size selection

For ready-made products, returns or exchanges are not available once the order is placed. We request customers to check the size chart and product details carefully before ordering.

Note:

• Customers are responsible for entering correct personalization details

• Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed
