Shipping Policy

All orders placed on our store are processed only after successful payment confirmation. 
We currently accept prepaid orders only and do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for any products.

For personalized products, orders are processed and printed after the customization details are received. 
Processing time for such products may take 2–4 business days before shipping.

For regular (non-personalized) products, orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on the customer’s location.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details via email or SMS once the order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
