Processing time for such products may take 2–4 business days before shipping.

For regular (non-personalized) products, orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days depending on the customer’s location.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

All personalized and custom-made products are specially created based on the details provided by the customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

However, if you receive a product that is:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect item delivered

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution.

• We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
• Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are placed, as the production process begins immediately.
