For personalized products, orders are processed and printed after the customization details are received. 

Processing time for such products may take 2–4 business days before shipping.

For regular (non-personalized) products, orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days depending on the customer’s location.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

For non-personalized products, we accept returns under the following conditions:

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as applicable.

Return Conditions:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• All original packaging and tags must be intact
• The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
